Job Description
Trillium Staffing is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to add to our client’s growing team!
The Customer Service Rep will be responsible to accurately process inbound client orders while providing top rate customer service to all clients. The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for identifying issues on purchase orders, work with the warehouse department and provide pick/pack sheets to the team, verify customer return requests, and will maintain all documentation in an accurate and organized manner.
This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a well-established organization in Green Bay, WI! The standard working hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. The starting wage for this position is $16-17/hr, based on experience level.

Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience, required.
* Retail industry experience a huge plus
* Order entry experience, required
* Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs
* Excellent customer service and problem resolution skills
