Job Description

Trillium Staffing has a Direct Hire, 100% On Location, must be bilingual including fluent in Spanish and English, Customer Service Representative position available in the Wixom, MI. area.

This is a direct hire opportunity located at our client location who is a leading global manufacturer and distributor. This position will report to the Customer Service Manager and is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the customer experience while maintaining the company’s standards, and sustain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.  Salary range of $41k with a working schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F in the office.

Job duties:
-Receives inbound sales calls/sales leads and/or quotes via telephone, fax, or e-mail, in English and Spanish and converts inquiries into orders using an ERP system.
-Proper entry of information into the ERP system i.e., orders, customer data/records, etc.
-Reviews backlog daily for status of customer orders and accuracy.
-Interfaces with the Manufacturing Department to advise the customer in advance of any production and/or material delays when information is available.
-Interfaces with the Purchasing Department to follow up on product status and/or expedite of purchased product when necessary.
-Interfaces with the Finance Department to resolve outstanding accounting issues. Interfaces with the Quality Department to resolve customer quality concerns.
-Interfaces with Regional Sales Managers regarding quotes, prices, lead times, deliveries, and all relevant customer information.
-Ensure the designated back-up Customer Service Representative is fully trained to assist customers when the primary Customer Service Representative is out of the office.

-Associates and/or Bachelors Degree preferred, but not required. One to three years of customer service and/or office experience in a manufacturing environment.
-Strong communication skills, both English and Spanish, verbal and written.
-Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook.
-Experience working with an ERP system.
-Fluent in Spanish is a must.
