Job Description

Trillium Staffing has a Customer Service Representative position available in the Wixom, MI. area located at our client location who is a leading manufacturer. Possible contract to hire opportunity. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the processing of orders and Return Material Authorization (RMA). As experience and familiarity with company products increases, may become more involved with the quoting and opportunity entry process in CRM. Pay range of $18.00 to $20.00 an hour. 1st shift position. Standard office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with potential for flexible scheduling. Must be in the office during core hours of 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. this is an on site position. Duties: -Enter customer purchase orders into ERP. -Handle customer inquiries, concerns, requests, etc. in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. -Issue RMA’s to customers. -Provide positive and effective communication with customers, co-workers, and managers to resolve customer concerns/questions. -Report any customer issues to Department Manager. Qualifications

-High School Education or higher
-Good typing (i.e. 40+ wpm) and grammar skills.
-Experience with Microsoft Office.
-Strong verbal and written communications skills
-Basic math skills for computing pricing, and commissions
