Job Description

Our client is a well-established general contractor that specializes in ground up Commercial and Restaurant builds. This is a direct hire role for a Traveling Superintendent. 

Duties:
• Complete daily task such as expense approvals, site management and time entry
• Maintain construction schedule and budget
• Communicate with the project manager regarding jobsite productivity, quality and schedule

Salary- $100,000-$115,000 plus full benefits, truck allowance and per diem/housing. Apply now!

Qualifications

• 5+ years Commercial construction experience as a Superintendent
• Experience with framing, finish carpentry and concrete
• Ground up Restaurant experience is preferred
