Job Description

Trillium Staffing is looking for an experienced Regional Territory Sales Manager for a direct-hire opportunity!

This is an opportunity for the Mountain Region and would be responsible for the following states: AZ,CO,ID,MO,NM and UT. This would likely be a home office based position within the above listed states.
Must be willing to travel approximately 50% of the time.

The Sales Manager would be responsible for the following tasks:
-Identifying, pursuing and developing sales opportunities.
-Sustaining client contact and managing expectations.
-Assisting in writing proposals and preparing and presenting technical and sales presentations.
-Negotiating contracts.
-Evaluating RFQs and clarifying customer requirements
-Participating in turnover meetings.
-Collaborating with colleagues and building industry connections.

Qualifications

-Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Food Science or equivalent.
-Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Technical B2B Sales and Processing in chemical, plastics, pharmaceutical and food ingredients industries.
-The right candidate would have supported experience in selling integrated custom engineered process systems, good interpersonal skills, work well in team settings, as well as independently and must be able to motivate others.
-Must also have working knowledge of MS Office products and CRM.
-Prior Knowledge of Powder Mixing Systems, Drying systems, Liquid Processing, Separation systems, Powder handling and/or packaging systems is a plus.
