Job Description
Trillium Staffing one of the largest privately owned staffing firms in the country is looking to add a Technical Recruiter to their corporate office in Kalamazoo!
Our Technical Recruiters have a strong focus in recruiting experienced engineers for contract and direct hire roles. We are looking for an experienced individual who thrives on delivering top level candidates to continually enhance the client relationship. The Technical Recruiter will also develop recruiting strategies to generate a qualified pipeline of applicants for current and future client engagements, identify, qualify and develop relationships with engineers through utilization of job boards, referrals, user groups, universities, networking events, job fairs and our internal database, among other sources.

Qualifications
• 2+ years of technical recruiting, engineering specific preferred.
• High school education or GED is required. Some college courses in business-related field helpful.
