Job Description
Trillium has an immediate opening for an Assistant Director of Quality Control in Mansfield!
Do you love working in the construction industry? If so, this Direct-Hire opportunity could be just what you want. This very established General Contractor is looking for candidates experienced in quality control and operations leadership in a construction environment.
You should be well versed in dealing with government agencies like ODOT, OTIC, and FAA. Knowledge of aggregate, paving, and asphalt processes is a must. You would report directly to the Director of Quality Control and be responsible for providing all necessary documentation for incident reports, performance reviews, training for the quality control team, and building/implementing safety protocols.
1st Shift / Monday - Friday, Competitive compensation based on experience.

Qualifications
- Operations leadership in a construction environment
- Quality control experience is a must
- ODOT Asphalt Technician or equivalent from DOT of another state
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
