Construction Senior Estimator

Our client is a well established national GC specializing in commercial retail remodeling projects throughout the country. 75% of their business is repeat business. They have over 150 projects in the books for 2023.

Now hiring a Construction Sr. Estimator for the Cleveland, OH area. Direct hire opportunity with full benefits, 401K, profit sharing, PTO and holiday pay. Relocation assistance is negotiable to those who qualify.

Base salary starting in the $90K-$100K+ (depending on overall experience) range.

Duties:
-Coordinate the development of all estimates, review all bids, develop budgets as well as reviewing and coordinating all bid documents and drawings
-Oversee department consisting of 4 estimators and 7 support personnel

Qualifications

Qualification:
-5+ yrs of General Construction Estimating experience
-Must have experience with all phases of Estimating (remodels, build-outs and some ground-up)
-Ability to oversee and manage other team members
-Ability to estimate project in the $2MM-$15MM, 25K-50K sqft
-Working knowledge of Sage, PlanSwift, ProCore or other estimating softwares
