Construction Sales Representative

Our Client is a well established construction company specializing in commercial hardscape amenities: Outdoor kitchens for multi-family complexes, brick pavers, pergolas, retaining walls and pyrotechnical products.

They are now hiring a Construction Sales Rep for the Jacksonville, FL area. This will be a direct hire opportunity with full benefits, 401K, 3-weekd PTO and holiday pay.

Base salary from: $90-$105K (no commission structure), $800/monthly vehicle allowance w/gas card. Territory will include Jacksonville and the north FL area.

Duties:
-Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
-Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
-Grow the territory

Qualifications

-5+ yrs of construction Sales experience
-Commercial landscaping or hardscaping is a huge plus
-Construction related products is a huge plus
-Experience with outside sales
-Ability to cold call and set up lunch-n-learns
-Excels in business development
-MUST be a self-started, aggressive and sales oriented
