Business Development Representative

This is not a remote position and will work in the office. We are hiring at our North Columbus office for an internal team member! Our Business Development Sales Representative will be responsible for building rapport with previously established clients and prospecting new clients. The metro area is wide open so the possibilities are limitless! Our Recruiting staff has great tenure so they will be able to service your newly established accounts with efficiency and professionalism. Our Inside/Outside Sales Representative will enjoy a base plus commission compensation plan with average annual compensation of $75,000 to $100,000, generous PTO schedule, mileage reimbursement and many other great benefits!

Qualifications

* Previous sales experience including prospecting and high volume outbound contacts
*High school education or GED is desirable for this position.
*Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
