Trillium has an immediate opening for a Customer Care Associate in Columbus!
This temp-to-hire opportunity is looking for candidates who are passionate about helping people. Candidates would be responsible for utilizing a multi-line phone, and fielding incoming inquires and grievances from Union Members. If you are empathetic and believe in advocating for workers’ rights and being treated fairly, then we want to hear from you today!
• Using general office equipment
• Data entry
• Field incoming calls and forward to the appropriate contact
• Process inquires, grievances, and requests via phone and email
• Learn and utilize the company’s proprietary software
• Take direction and report to the Deputy Director
• Other duties as required
Schedule is 1st Shift / Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Pay rate is $17.14 per hour. If interested, please apply today!
• Efficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
• Excellent oral and communication skills
• Skilled in handling complex and/or upset people
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
