Trillium Staffing is now seeking a 3rd Shift Warehouse Worker/Order Puller in Strongsville, OH!
A well-established industry leader in metals is looking for a seasoned 3rd shift Warehouse Worker to join their production team!
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience/qualifications)
Shift Differential: Additional $1.00/hour for 3rd shift after permanent hire. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 6pm-2:30am. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity!
A leading industrial materials and distribution company is seeking dependable Warehouse Material Handlers to join its growing team on 3rd shift. This role is responsible for pulling orders, staging materials, operating material handling equipment, and supporting shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Comprehensive training is provided, including certification on forklifts and overhead cranes.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pull, and stage materials for customer orders
- Break down bulk inventory and prepare customized shipments
- Package and prepare products according to customer specifications
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility
- Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation accurately
- Enter and confirm work order information within warehouse management systems
- Maintain productivity and quality standards while following safety procedures
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or material handling experience preferred
- Previous forklift experience is highly preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Basic math and computer skills
