Warehouse Worker

We are seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced distribution environment.

This role involves order selection, pallet building, product handling, and general warehouse operations in a temperature-controlled facility.

Responsibilities:
-Pick and assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently.
-Build and prepare pallets for shipment.
-Move products throughout the warehouse using material handling equipment.
-Stage, wrap, and organize completed orders.
-Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area.
-Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for qualified candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking long-term employment in a warehouse environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Pay rate is $18/hr + $1/hr freezer differential ($19/hr total). Schedule is 6:00 AM until the day’s work is completed. Employees should expect occasional overtime.

Qualifications:
-Previous warehouse experience preferred.
-Experience operating electric pallet jacks or similar warehouse equipment is a plus.
-Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products throughout the shift.
-Comfortable working in a cold-storage environment.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
-Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
