Trillium Construction is now hiring for the unique role of Data Courier in Louisiana!

Part time role - 20 to 30 hours a week. Paying $24/hour + gas stipend!

Data Courier Overview – Robotics, Computer, and Mechanical Systems
-This position will work on a daily to semi-daily basis, under the direction of the Operations team and may be dispatched to field sites as needed. This role requires a unique combination of computer use, written reporting, punctuality and assertive and safe driving.
-Remote position, construction sites, from car and machinery.
-Field-based at customer or project job sites across the assigned city.
-Driving will exceed 100 miles/day.

Field Data Service & Inspections
-Travel to remote job sites to perform data removal on fleet assets.
-Perform cleaning of sensors and robotic equipment.
-Conduct physical and electronic inspections of robotics platforms and heavy machinery.
-Complete standardized inspection checklists with accuracy and completeness.

Reporting & Communication
-Accurately document activities in company fleet systems.
-Report findings to the Manager with clear, concise, factual technical communication.

Travel, Vehicle & Scheduling
-This position must be available for long-distance day and/or night travel (100+ miles) with a personal vehicle.
-The personal vehicle must be capable of driving off-pavement and in construction zones. 
-Flexibility is required to adjust to varying equipment deployment and service schedules, including early mornings or weekends when necessary.

Expectations
-Data offloading daily per machine as outlined in this statement of work. This will require laptop connections, cleaning procedures, and climbing off and on the machinery as required.
-Completed inspection checklists for each asset serviced.
-Service logs and reports submitted within 12 hours of task completion.
-Performing the necessary ticketing and information upkeep in fleet management software. 
-Visiting data center for data uploading.
-Weekly availability reports or check-ins as requested.
-Accurate timekeeping documentation.

Required Skills & Experience
-Demonstrated experience and strong interest in computers, robotics, and technology.
-Ability to read technical procedures.
-Field-capable and comfortable working in rugged, outdoor, or dirty conditions.
-Excellent attention to detail and the ability to notice small discrepancies.
-Clear written and verbal communication skills.
