Office Assistant needed in Green Bay, WI!
Trillium Staffing is currently seeking an Office Administrator for a manufacturing client in Green Bay, WI!
The Office Assistant will be responsible for office administration. This position will provide customer service via answering phone calls and plant inquiries to provide timely and accurate updates on orders and quotes. Other office duties include completing paperwork, order entry, filing, faxing, and other office work as requested.
This is a full-time, contract to hire opportunity will a well-established organization in the area! The standard hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm. Wages range based on experience, $16-18/hr.

- 1-2+ years of related experience in an office setting
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred
- Strong experience with internal system data entry
- Must be proficient with other Microsoft programs including Word and Excel.
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
