Trillium Staffing is currently seeking an Electrical - Mechanical Assembly Supervisor to add to our client’s growing team!
In this position you will be responsible for leading and directing the hourly workforce, ensuring production commitments are fulfilled and ensuring company policies and quality commitments are met. We are looking for a strong problem solver with detailed experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic assembly processes. This position will oversee 10-20+ crew members and will need to be a true leader. This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity with a well-established organization in the area! Standard hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm. Salary is up to $75,000 based on experience.

- Associates Degree in Electro-Mechanical or related studies, preferred.
- 5+ years of E/M Assembly or Maintenance experience.
- 2-3+ years experience in a lead level or supervisor position.
- Strong understanding of Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic assembly processes required.
- ERP experience ideal
