CNC Programmer
Trillium Professional is now seeking a CNC Programmer / Operator for a great Industrial Manufacturer who is looking to add to their dynamic team after adding 4 new machines in 2025!
In search of a CNC Operator, with both Lathe and Milling Experience. 4-5 years experience is right around where they would love to take somebody to train up and become a CNC Engineer.
Job duties:
-Machine Setup: Prepare CNC machines by loading programs, setting tools, adjusting fixtures, and ensuring that machines are properly calibrated for the desired operation.
-Machine Operation: Operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as milling, turning, drilling, and grinding.
-Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for quality, ensuring they meet specifications and tolerances. Perform regular measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
-Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to maintenance teams.
-Program Loading & Monitoring: Load pre-programmed instructions into CNC machines and monitor the operation, making adjustments as needed to maintain product accuracy and efficiency.
-Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues with the CNC machine’s functionality or product quality and take corrective action as required.
-Record Keeping: Maintain detailed logs of work performed, machine settings, production runs, and any adjustments made during the operation.
-Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Skills & Qualifications:
-Technical Skills: Familiarity with CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code), and understanding of CNC machinery operations.
-Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
-Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to detect machine malfunctions and quality issues.
-Attention to Detail: Precision in ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications.
