Now Hiring Carpenters & Carpenter Helpers in the Marinette, WI Area!
Trillium Construction is seeking Carpenters, Carpenter Helpers and Laborers in both the Marinette, WI and Green Bay, WI Areas!
Work will take place in new construction commercial and industrial building settings. Minimum 1 year in carpentry settings is expected. Must bring your own hand tools and be able to use a speed square and tape measure.
Carpenters and laborers must have skills in performing rough carpentry such as stick framing walls and support structures, installing decks, building and setting trusses, install door/window frames, cut materials, demo and materials handling.
Must be able to work from heights while utilizing fall protection via OSHA regulations. Experience in working from heights in bucket trucks while wearing a harness is highly preferred but not required.
Work is full time, first shift, Monday - Friday with 40+ hours per week. Pay is $18-$28/hour DOE.
Travelers are welcomed and there is a daily per diem paid out each week with paycheck for those traveling from out of the immediate area per the IRS traveling regulations but employees will be responsible for their own accommodations at all times.

-Must have a minimum of 6+ months to be considered for carpentry laborer work, 1+ year of rough framing experience is preferred
-If being considered for traveling, highly preferred in experience with traveling
-Able to work from heights
-Reliable transportation to and from job sites
-Must be able to read tape measure and accurately cut materials
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs routinely
-Required tools for the trade
-Experience with power tools and safe practices
