As a Technical Recruiter you will be recruiting IT professionals across the entire software development lifecycle and from multiple industries. We are looking for an experienced individual who thrives on delivering top level candidates to continually enhance the client relationship. The IT Recruiter will also develop recruiting strategies to generate a qualified pipeline of applicants for current and future client engagements, Identify, qualify and develop relationships with IT consultants through utilization of job boards, referrals, user groups, universities, networking events, job fairs and our internal database, among other sources.

Candidate will be responsible for attending networking events, job fairs, client, and consultant events. Also scheduling and facilitating face to face candidate interviews, Qualify IT consultants/candidates and build relationships with them to place them on one of our current or future projects. Will be collaborating with sales to ensure successful on boarding of IT Resources for client projects and develop creative staffing plans to generate a qualified pool of applicants for current and future openings. Candidate will be conducting interviews for a wide-range of positions. Will be working closely with Sales and the Market Director to ensure successful placements.

• 2+ years recruiting experience, ideally in IT.
• High school education or GED is desirable for this position. Some college courses in business-related field helpful.
