Bi-Lingual Sales Manager needed for direct hire position in Austin!

Job Description

Direct hire for Bi-Lingual (English and Korean) Sales Manager!

Will train entry level for the right candidate.  Starting pay is $40k-80k depending on experience. 

Plan, direct and coordinate distribution of products to clients. Establish sales quotas/goals and analyze sales statistics to determine inventory requirements. Must understand what motivates clients to order parts and know how to tap into those needs in an effective way.

Essential Functions/Duties:
•Identify needs of existing and new clients
•Must work independently in a fast-paced environment
•Support Overseas Sales Team with new sales opportunities
•Report weekly/monthly/quarterly on sales to COO
•Assure proper quotes and details are provided to clients
•Follow up with clients on all sales
•Identify and search for new opportunities in USA and Europe
•Make presentations to clients with Overseas Sales Team

This position requires domestic and international travels as needed.


•Must have knowledge of semiconductor process (unless entry level)
•5+ years of experience in manufacturing industry
•High school diploma/GED required
•Must have high level skills on presentation, persuasion and relationship building skills.
•Requires excellent communications skills with all levels of internal and externals contacts (verbal, written and listening)
•Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment and willing to take on additional/new responsibilities
•Excellent organizational and time management skills
•Working knowledge of basic computer software and hardware
•Working knowledge of general manufacturing procedures
