Trillium Staffing is currently seeking a Field Service Technician for our client in Green Bay, WI! This is a great opportunity for an electro-mechanical focused candidate who is looking to take the next step in his or her career.
The Field Service Tech will be responsible for a variety of electrical and mechanical assembly, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and will be assisting customers on proper operation of our client’s custom designed equipment. This will be domestic travel, very rare international travel, with roughly 50% travel expectations throughout the year. Typical duties when traveling include preventative maintenance on equipment/service calls, installs on new equipment, commissioning system and controls upgrades, training customers on equipment operation and maintenance, in-house and onsite technical support as needed. When not traveling, the Field Service Tech will work in the assembly shop building panels, evaluating and testing equipment, and performing technical support to customers.
This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity, with a great organization in Green Bay, WI! The standard working hours when not traveling are Monday – Friday 7:30 – 3:30pm. Travel hours vary based on assignment. Starting wage ranges based on experience level, $30-35+ per hour.

Qualifications:
- Tech School Diploma preferred but will consider adequate experience.
- Previous Electrical/Mechanical background required.
- Great customer service skills both in-person and over the phone.
- Understanding of blueprints and schematics, required.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required, 50%+.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
