Network Architect
Trillium Professional is now seeking a Network Architect in Richmond!
Network Architect to provide data networking solutions and oversight in regard to legacy telco services such as broadband internet circuits, cloud networking, wireless mobile service, etc.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with Data and Network Monitoring technologies, standards, and practices for management of the broadband circuit portfolio.
• Ability to assist with the Data Networking services lifecycle from strategic planning to operations and financials; from a broadband circuit perspective.
• Wireless mobile phone and Data Networking expertise required to specify business requirements for current & future services.
• Ability to perform Voice and Data Networking technology and operational assessments to manage the legacy portfolio/tech debt to create future roadmaps.
• Experience with wireless Intune MDM for configuration of wireless settings for devices
• Experience in managing general technology incidents and leading them to resolution.
• Understands best practices in service management including contract and vendor management in an outsourcing or shared service
• Responsible for responding to and resolving customer/agency escalations

Recommended Knowledge/Experiences:
-Knowledge of and experience with data and network monitoring technology Required 3 Years
-Network expertise required to specify business requirements for current and future network services Required 3 Years
-Networking incident management Required 3 Years
-Experience working in a State government/agency Desired 3 Years
-Cloud networking experience Highly desired 3 Years
-Responsible for responding to and resolving customer escalations Required 3 Years
-Experience with commercial broadband circuits (i.e. Comcast, etc.) Required 3 Years
-Experience in State/Agency is a plus. ITIL Foundations certification desirable
-Experience deploying and managing broadband circuits and wireless phone solutions
-Experience in cloud networking
-Experience with Thousand Eyes network monitoring tool
