Service Manager

Great leadership opportunity in the Fond du Lac area for an experienced Heavy Duty Equipment candidate!   

We are currently seeking a Direct Hire Service Manager for a semi-truck service facility due to an upcoming retirement. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to ensure customer satisfaction, along with managing the Service Department. This includes reviewing work orders and PMs, scheduling and distributing jobs to Technicians, continuously reviewing procedures to make sure highest company efficiency, working with customers to manage accounts and other tasks as assigned. 

The Service Manager’s schedule is flexible but typically Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.  Salary is $70-$90K+ based on experience and this is a direct hire opportunity!

-Associate’s degree/Technical degree preferred in similar field. 
-5+ years’ experience in heavy-duty truck business.
-Previous leadership experience. 
-Must have a valid driver’s license with a good record, CDL preferred.
