Lead Quality Control Inspector
Quality Control Lead Inspector needed in Hortonville, WI! 1st shift!
Trillium Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry, is currently recruiting for a Quality Control Lead Inspector to add to our client’s growing team!
In this position, you will perform a variety of quality inspections post the cnc machining processes of various metals within a custom job shop environment. Duties include inspection of in-house parts to ISO standards, operating the CMM equipment, maintaining complete documentation for in-house and customer needs, tagging non-conformance parts, ensuring all production processes have been completed as required, reading blueprints to ensure parts met customer spec, and maintaining communication with managers and clients on all necessary documented issues.
This is a full-time, contract to hire opportunity, with potential for immediate direct hire based on experience level. The standard 1st shift hours are Monday - Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm. The starting wage ranges based on experience, $25-$34/hour.

Qualifications:
* 2-3+ years of related Quality Control experience.
* Quality experience in a close tolerance, custom metal manufacturing environment, strongly preferred.
* Experience operating CMM’s and other precision measurement equipment. Willing to train CMM.
* Strong blueprint reading skills, required.
* Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 preferred.
