Administrative Support Rep needed in Bonduel, WI!
Trillium Staffing is currently seeking a Admin Support/Receptionist in the Bonduel, WI area!
A local company is looking for a hard-working administrative professional to join their growing team. The primary responsibilities will be answering phones including determining call importance and transferring calls accordingly. They will also be responsible for processing freight shipments, making travel arrangements, setting up internal conference calls, maintaining supply inventory, creating spreadsheets for company tracking, assisting sales with data entry and creating announcements for customer updates. Accounting experience such as accounts payable, accounts receivable and maintaining general ledgers is necessary. Payroll experience is required as this position will act as the payroll backup.
This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity. Standard hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am – 4:30 pm. Wages range based on experience level, $16-18/hr.

- Associate’s Degree preferred but not required.
- At least two years of recent administrative experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Bookkeeping and payroll experience required.
- Working knowledge of shipping freight.
