Trillium Staffing is now seeking General Laborers and Production Workers for the Paper Industry.

Temp-to-hire!
Shift Schedule is
2nd - 2pm-10pm, $3 shift premium  
3rd - 10pm-6am, $2 shift premium
Pay is $17.50/hr. plus shift premium

In this position you will set-up, operate, stack, inspect and clean-up paper as it comes off the corrugators.

Additional job duties in this position include:
-Verifying the unit counts are correct. Hand count or inch count when necessary.
-Insure that proper load tags are in each unit.
-Sort, restack, flip stack, and hand band units as necessary.
-Operate corrugators conveyor lines and unitize.
-Adhere to the production schedule. Make recommendations for optimizing the schedule to meet cost, quality and service goals.
-Report any unusual scheduling issues to the Supervisor.
-Learn and help Slitter Operator and Double backer when necessary.

-High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
-Forklift experience is preferred, but not required.
-Prior work experience in the corrugated industry preferred.
-6 months experience on the dry end of the corrugators preferred.
-6 months experience as a Double backer Operator preferred.
