General Laborer

Now hiring General Laborers for work in the Tawas City area!

Trillium Staffing has immediate openings for 1st shift General Laborers at a parts plating and coating facility in Tawas, MI.

Pay is $13/hr, and shifts are 7:00am - 3:30pm, Mon - Fri. These are long term employment opportunities, with the possibility of being hired into the company with good work performance and good attendance. Starting wage is dependent on experience, and you will get aggressive pay increases after hire-in after 90 days. Perfect attendance gets you higher pay raises every 13 weeks!
Employee will be loading and unloading parts using a racking system. May also be performing other duties in the parts coating process. Candidates will load parts by hand productively, keep track of parts and traceability tags. Some, but not all, of the positions could require use of a computer.
