Mechanical Project Manager

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Mechanical Project Manager for direct-hire!

Our client is a well-established self-performing GC specializing in commercial and industrial federal construction for both public and private clients- primary focus in the Department of Defense (DoD) markets. 

They are now hiring a Mechanical Project Manager for numerous projects local to Charleston SC. This is a Direct Hire Opportunity with the ability to work hybrid or possibly remote. 

Mechanical PM’s are responsible for the daily supervision, direction, and coordination of all mechanical construction activities, mechanical superintendents, and subcontractors on a project jobsite to safely produce quality work, within project requirements, targeted budget, schedule, 

Base salary: $90K-$130K (depending on overall project experience), M/V/D, 401K, PTO and holiday pay, Vehicle w/gas card.

-Five or more years work experience as a Mechanical Project Manager responsible for numerous projects and sizes (of the mechanical scope) of at least $5,000,000 (commercial or industrial) required.
-Five or more years (or equivalent) field or trade work experience with mechanical systems highly desirable; government, military, or large commercial construction experience preferred. Work in the design-build industry is preferred
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously  
-MUST pass Federal background and pre-employment screening
