Assistant Project Manager

Trillium Construction is now seeking an Assistant Project Manager for direct-hire!

Our client is a well-established privately held real estate company with a portfolio that includes more than1000 properties totaling over 50 million square feet in 35+ states. Portfolio includes retail, office, industrial, hotel, residential, and landholdings.  They are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager. This is a direct hire role.  

Duties:  
-Maintain all unit prices and keep current estimating programs and templates
-Prepare a detailed cost estimate of all aspects of proposed projects including quantity takeoff, detailed cost estimate, line item and subcontractor summary by division
-Review summarized budgets with supervisors

Salary is based upon experience, around $90k per year plus a full benefit package will be offered.

Qualifications: 
-4+ Years of Commercial Estimating experience
-2+ year construction related degree
-Must be able to multitask and have attention to detail
