Opportunity for an experienced office assistant to join a growing construction services firm in Youngstown!
Office Assistant will support the Vice President and other personnel by performing daily duties such as answering phones and directing calls, processing purchase orders, filing, performing data entry, assisting with onboarding, assisting with A/P and invoices, greeting customers/visitors and employees, tracking new hire paperwork and similar activities.
This position requires the ability to multi-task, be organized and confidential. You will provide customer service and must be a strong communicator both verbally and in written communication.
Pay range will be $15-$20/hr depending on experience and the schedule will be 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. If interested, please apply today!
-Must have office/administrative experience
-Must have familiarity with Sage or similar accounting/payroll software
-Must have strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs
-Must have good data entry and typing skills
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
