Operations Manager

Trillium has an immediate opening for an Operations Manager in Lenexa, KS!

The ideal candidate for this on-site Direct-Hire opportunity should have a diverse background in industrial, service, and sales. As the Operations Manager, your primary role will be overseeing a team of five for all service operations and inside sales activities.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by bridging the gap between sales and service departments at your branch. Additionally, you will serve as the main point of contact with the company’s corporate headquarters.

Schedule is Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Salary range is $68,000 - $71,000 annually depending on experience.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in operations management
- ERP experience (SAP is preferred)
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills, specifically with Google Suite of products
- Comfortable with limited travel to St. Louis, the corporate headquarters in Virginia, or other out-of-state training as needed (approximately 6-8 times per year)
