Trillium Construction is looking for Maintenance Helpers immediately in Waukesha, WI!

Schedule will be 1st shift hours, Monday-Friday, and overtime may be offered depending on the workload and the status of current projects. This is long term, full time work, and starts immediately! Pay is $20-$22/hour DOE. We offer the following benefits: Health, dental & vision after 30 days, 401k, Paid holidays & PTO + Referral bonuses.

Duties / Responsibilities
• Ensures operation of mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements on production equipment
• Reports directly to Lead maintenance technician and assists with general duties
• Records and reports damaged, worn or broken parts and orders and installs replacement parts
• Coordinates with managers to schedule regular maintenance of equipment
• Cleans, organizes inventories, stocks and maintains shop areas, parts, tools and supplies
• Performs required building maintenance and snow removal
• Arranges set-up for company gatherings and onsite events

Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience (preferably in industrial settings)
• Valid Drivers License
• High School Diploma / GED
• Mechanically inclined with great problem solving abilities
