Lean Process Engineer

Trillium has an immediate opening for a Lean Process Engineer in Worthington!

This direct-hire opportunity is for candidates with engineering experience in a manufacturing setting. The Engineer oversees continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, quality control, production processes, and material compliance. The Lean Process Engineer will primarily support lean and continuous improvement efforts to reduce lead time, reduce cost, and improve profitability. They may also support engineering projects focused on quality compliance and qualify vendor supplied components

Base salary ranges from $80-110,000 depending on experience. 10% annual bonus opportunity offered as well!

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, etc)
-Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
-3+ years of experience working with lean projects in a manufacturing setting
-Passionate continuous improvement champion
-Capable of training lean fundamentals and leading new lean projects
-Experience with start-up production or new product manufacturing is a plus
