Trillium Staffing is currently looking for experienced Powder Coaters and Paint Line workers. Duties will include powder coating, paint line work such as hanging parts, quality checks, general labor, and operating the blast booth.

Positions are available on weekdays, 6am - 4:30pm on Monday - Thursday, or on weekends, 6am - 6pm on Friday - Sunday. Weekend workers get a 4 hour bonus if their full shift is worked. Overtime may be required on both shifts. Pay is $20-$22/hour based on experience. Client offers bonuses at 90 and 180 days for those with good performance and attendance. Upon company hire, client offers steady raises and great benefits including 100% paid medical insurance, dental, vision, a simple IRA with 3% match, and vacation time.

Qualifications
-1+ year powder coating or paint line experience
-Blast booth experience preferred
-Ability to be cleared to wear a respirator
-Ability to lift 50 pounds
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
