Production Coordinator

Production Coordinator needed in Green Bay, WI! 

Trillium Staffing is currently seeking a Production Coordinator to add to our client’s growing team!  

The Production Coordinator will be responsible to enter and route upcoming jobs per customer request, while maintaining the proper shop capacities. The Production Coordinator will work hand in hand with both the estimating and purchasing departments in effort to ensure that production is on-time. Duties for this position will include developing routings for manufacturing parts and assemblies, validate estimated time to manufacture for finalized routings, notify lead reps on any production delays or issue, and validate new orders to be processed based on due dates and complexity of processes required.  You will be using JobBoss software to set up and route jobs, order materials, issue jobs to the shop and manage small projects. 

This is a full-time, contract to hire opportunity, with a well-established metal fabrication company in Green Bay, WI! The standard hours are Monday – Thursday 7:00am – 4:30pm and Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm, with flexibility. The starting wage is based on experience level, $22-25+ per hour.

Qualifications:
-2+ years of related experience in a manufacturing setting, required.
-Strong blueprint reading skills, required.
-JobBoss software experience, highly preferred.
-Previous experience in a machining or welding environment, preferred.
-Strong computer skills
-Great attention to detail and communication skills, required.
