Outside Sales Representative
Trillium has an immediate opening for an Outside Sales Representative in Bakersfield!

This role is responsible for developing new business around the Bakersfield area with territory including parts of Fresno.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and grow your territory
- Position reports directly to the Sales Manager (remotely)
- Meet and exceed your Branch/Sales Manager’s expectations
- Travel requirements depend on the effectiveness of prospecting
Compensation:
- $55,000 annual base salary + commission
- 1st year commission averages $14,000
- Six months ONLY: Guaranteed commission of $1,200 per month
- Opportunity for an annual bonus of $2,000

Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience required
- Any experience with industrial capital equipment is a plus
- Must have a current/valid driver’s license with a clean record
