Branch Manager

Branch Manager position available in the Lansing, Michigan area.

This is a direct hire position working at our client location who is an established financial institution. Salary range is $75k to $80k+ DOE. Hours will be Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5;30 p.m., Fridays, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Will rotate opening and closing with the Assistant Manager. Flex time available if work on a Saturday. Must be able to stay later and arrive early on days opening and closing.

Branch Manager Duties:
-Coach, mentor and lead team members
-Promote teamwork
-Provide leadership and direction
-Demonstrate outstanding communication skills
-Think creatively
-Provide professional responses to complex and sensitive topics and situations
-Create a strategic vision to advance the success of the relationship center
-Ensure safekeeping of assets, structures, equipment, employees, inventory and cash
-Perform other duties as required

Branch Manager Requirements:
-Must have a strong sense of teamwork
-BA/BS or equivalent management experience required
-3-5 years’ leadership experience
-Proven ability to support a strong member experience
-Ability to maintain and high degree or confidentiality and professional demeanor in all situations
-Financial institution preferred
-Must be able to train in Brighton during the first month
