O365 Champion needed in Boston!

Job Description

We are seeking an O365 Champion to join our team! The primary goal of this position is to engage with the business and drive user adoption to help make the most out of Office 365 platform.

Our client is in Office 365 migration. As a productivity champion, you will be joining the Helpdesk team, to help ensure a smooth transition and introduction of new applications. Answer questions, troubleshoot research and provide solutions. Understand the workflows and needs of the current users and match the benefits of Office 365 applications for both the organization, as well as for each individual.

This role will include providing general end users support and maintenance within the organization’s desktop computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. This role is best for someone who is able to quickly adapt to new technologies and have a deep desire to help others.

Ideal candidates will possess the ability to:

•Positively reinforce change across organization through communication, troubleshooting, and integrating Office 365 applications
•Respond to help desk tickets specifically related to Office 365
•Research new features, best practices and share productivity improvements with end users
•Run small group and individual training opportunities across company
•Create/post resources on the internal company intranet

Qualifications

•2 to 4 years of experience with similar training and resource role
•Experience with all Microsoft O365 applications especially, Skype & Microsoft Teams
•Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
•Ability to conduct independent research
•Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills
•Strong written and oral communication skills
•Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
•Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
•Strong customer-service orientation
