Plumbing Project Manager

Trillium Construction is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Louisville, KY!

Our client, a well- established HVAC Contractor, is looking to add to their Commercial Construction team! This person will be responsible for the daily operations and successful completion of their assigned projects.

Salary is open to discussion and comes with great benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance, an ESOP program, 401k, PTO, and more!

Duties:
-Plan, coordinate, and direct the overall operations of the assigned projects
-Ensure that profit and growth goals are being met
-Ensure all local and state codes are being met
-Evaluate the strength of the project team and maintain a workforce consistent with business activity
-Maintain appropriate contract documents such as submittal logs, RFIs, Change Order requests, and profitably transition extra work into change orders
-Monitor site safety and ensure all safety rules are being followed
-Conduct meetings and site inspections

-Ability to read and understand documents such as safety rules, plans, specifications, blueprints, contracts, submittals, operating and maintenance manuals, and job budgets
-Strong math skills
-Experience in commercial work preferred
-Ability to work efficiently under time restraints
-Computer proficient
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
