Construction Superintendent

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Construction Superintendent for long-term work!

Our client is a full service General Contractor that specializes in commercial and residential multifamily builds. Work will be in the Milwaukee-Madison, WI area. Annual salary $70-90k. 

Job duties:
•Know the scheduled delivery dates for all critical path material and equipment. 
•Know submittal schedule. 
•Budget and cost management 
•Quality control. 
•Have good working knowledge of carpentry 
•Implement safety program. Conduct regular safety inspections to assure all working conditions and work habits follow company, standards.  
•Assist in resolution of conflicts. 
•Participate in the project management functions. 
•Assure punch list is completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
-5+ years as a leader within the construction industry, either as a Foreman and/or Superintendent. 
-OSHA-10 certified, OSHA-30 preferred. 
-Demonstrated experience successfully leading residential and commercial construction projects to completion. 
-Strong knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials. 
-Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and plans accurately and successfully perform construction take-offs. 
-Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and equipment. 
-Commitment to ensuring workplace safety and thorough knowledge of safety regulations. 
-Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
