Project Executive

Trillium Construction is now hiring in Phoenix, Arizona!

Our client is the number one security systems integrator in the Nation. They are now looking to bring on a Project Executive for direct hire. The salary is up to $150k a year depending on experience plus commission and benefits! Benefits include M/V/D, 401k, PTO, Holiday Pay, and more. 

Duties:
· Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines, develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
· Lead project teams in executing project plans effectively and efficiently. Monitor program progress, ensure adherence to timeliness and quality standards, and manage any changes or deviations that may arise.
· Establish strong working relationships with project stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external vendors or contractors. Communicate project updates, risks, and issues promptly and effectively.
· Coordinate and allocate resources required for project execution, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Work closely with department heads and resource managers to ensure the availability and optimal utilization of resources. Moniot resource allocation and make adjustments as necessary
· Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and control.
· Identify project risk and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact
· Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards. Conduct regular quality reviews, perform inspections, and verify compliance with project specification.
· Prepare and present project status reports, progress updates, and key performance indicators to stakeholder and senior management. Maintain accurate up to date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management reports
· Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Provide training, guidance, support, and mentorship to team members

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, construction management, communications. Masters defer preferred
· Proven experience as project manager, project executive, or similar role, preferable within security integration or adjacent industries.
· Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
· Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities, with a keen attention to detail
