Now hiring a CNC Programmer/Lead Machinist near Green Bay, Wisconsin!

Job Description

Trillium Staffing is currently seeking a CNC Programmer / Lead in the Green Bay, WI area! Great opportunity for a 1st shift CNC Programmer in a machine shop to determine the sequence of shaping operations and chooses the cutting tools needed.

Job Duties:
-Analyzes job orders, drawings, blueprints and other data and then perform all the necessary calculations. -Writes programs or modify existing programs than store them on company database. After programming, ensure that the machines and programs operate correctly and that products meet specifications. This work often includes determining where to cut, and other calculations. Knowledge of Mastercam and G & M codes is necessary.

Hours are 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. Pay is $26-$33/hour or more based on experience. Our client is open to contract to hire or direct hire!

- Must have 3 or more years’ experience with Mastercam and G & M code programming.
- Ability to write G & M Code programs fluently using Mastercam for both CNC Mills and CNC Lathes.
- Comprehension, knowledge of mathematics and use of active listening skills.
- Critical thinking, logic and reasoning to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
