Concrete Estimator
Incredible Direct Hire opportunity for an experienced Concrete Estimator to join the premier Central Ohio Construction group!
Concrete Estimator will prepare project estimates for the self-perform group. You will be part of pre-bid meetings, strategy meetings and work with procurement and preconstruction teams to assist with deliverables. Concrete Estimator will provide technical expertise to field staff including superintendents, project managers, concrete workers and support team.
This position will be in office and will require some site visits. Pay range starts at $85-$110k + exceptional benefits and profit sharing!

To be successful in this role, Concrete Estimator will have:
-Extensive experience in Concrete - specifically structural to include walls, panels, podiums, tilt-ups, etc.)
-Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of construction project to include crafting agreements, negotiating, estimating, scheduling and safety
-Bachelor degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and experience - specifically in commercial concrete construction
-Must have a valid driver’s license
