Maintenance Technician

Trillium has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician with a manufacturing company in Worthington!
The Maintenance Technician will assist in line production troubleshooting and maintenance as well as installing and maintaining the electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems. Some light building facilities maintenance will be included as well.
Responsibilities:
• Installs and repairs electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems.
• Installs conduits and pipes to house electrical wires and cables.
• Ensures piping complies with electrical codes.
• Installs circuit breakers and other electrical hardware and connects wiring to them.
• Connects electrical systems to powerlines to provide electricity to the building.
• Tests electrical systems to ensure proper installation and operation.
• Inspects electrical systems to determine whether repairs are needed.
• Replaces conduit, wiring, and circuit breakers as needed.
The salary range is $24-26/hr depending on experience.
Two shift choices available:
• 8am-5pm Monday-Friday OR
• 2:30pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a maintenance technician.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
• Proficient in the use of test meters and other diagnostic equipment.
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship and valid electrician’s license is a plus but not required.
