HVAC Foreman

Trillium Construction is looking for a commercial HVAC Foreman immediately.

Job duties:
-Foreman will be responsible for site paperwork and project reporting
-Will be responsible for setting project pace, quality and directing work flow
-Ordering material with project manager
-Next day preparations
-Site meetings when applicable
-Coordinating with other trades and GC
-Other tasks as assigned

First week of onboarding, candidates will be required to travel to Indiana. Jobsites currently in Tennessee & South Carolina. Majority of projects located east of the Mississippi.

Starting Salary $28-30/ hour doe. Schedule is 58 hour weeks. Full benefits package after 90 days including Retirement plan plus company match, Two weeks pto, Company van, gas card, paid travel time, phone allowance, tablet.

Qualifications:
-Foreman must have effective communication skills
-Ability to use tablets, computers & technology for effective job completion
-Ability to lead a crew of 2-8 installers 
-Must have commercial install experience.
-At least 2-3 years of foreman experience and at least 5-6 years of field experience. This is a working foreman position.
-Must be open to yearly travel work.
