Support Representative

Support Representative position available in the Farmington Hills, Michigan area.

Direct hire opportunity working at our client location. First shift position, M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The company is willing to train the right individual. Salary range is $65k to $70k per year with bonus potential. 

Support Representative duties include but are not limited to the below:
-Job estimating, order writing. 
-Direct telephone interface with customers. Provides technical direction, support, interfacing with operations for resolutions of any issues.
-Assembly and mailing of customer samples, assisting operations in the shop from time to time to meet ” all hands-on deck” production needs, especially in hardware & assembly area.
-Full training on products and the use of the company’s estimating system will be provided.

Qualifications:
-Use of Microsoft Word/Excel is required
-Bi-lingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
