Trillium Staffing is currently seeking a Sales Support Rep to add to our client’s growing team!
The Sales Support Rep will be responsible for preparing quotes and contracts, maintaining assigned house accounts, developing and delivering sales presentations to current or prospective clients, responding to RFP’s and RFI’s from clients and maintaining social media and marketing applications for the Sales Team.
This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity with a well-established organization! Standard hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30pm. Wages range based on experience, $45,000-$55,000 per year. Our client offers a great benefits package, 401k with match and PTO/Vacation!

- 2+ year’s experience in an Administrative Support role
- Manufacturing or Metal fabrication knowledge a huge plus
- Experience maintaining social media and marketing applications, preferred
- Experience supporting sales or marketing teams
- Strong computer skills
- High level of customer service and attention to detail
