Our client is a well- established national GC specializing in retail, quick serve restaurant, fuel store, office building and other commercial builds.
They are now hiring a Traveling Superintendent for national work on the east coast. This will be a direct hire opportunity with full benefits, medical, 401K, PTO, holiday pay and company vehicle. Base Salary from: $85,000-$95,000.
Duties:
•Coordinate subcontractors
•Maintain timelines and schedules
•Prepare daily reports
•Manage safety

Qualifications
•5+ years of on-site commercial construction experience working for a GC
•MUST have ground-up and remodeling/re-development experience.
•Commercial experience should include, but not limited to: retail, restaurant, fuel stores, mixed-use and/or office buildings
•Capable of managing projects in the $500K-$10MM range
