Job Description
Our client is a well- established national GC specializing in retail, quick serve restaurant, fuel store, office building and other commercial builds.
They are now hiring a Construction Project Manager for the Indianapolis, IN area. This will be a direct hire opportunity with full benefits, medical, 401K, PTO, holiday pay and potential company vehicle.
Base Salary from: $85,000-$95,000 per year.
Duties:
•Develop project scope/construction phases
•Contract negotiation
•Schedule development
•Build and maintain client relationships
•Create budgets and job cost reports
•Occasional travel to job sites every two weeks for site visits, when needed

Qualifications
•5+ years of construction Project Management experience working for a GC
•MUST have ground-up and remodeling/re-development experience.
•Commercial experience should include, but not limited to: retail, restaurant, fuel stores, mixed-use and/or office buildings
•Capable of managing projects in the $500K-$10MM range
