Trillium Construction Services, an industry leader in construction business to business sales, is looking to hire a Perm Placement Recruiter/Sales Rep for our Louisville, KY office.

We are looking for an individual that has a proven track record in B2B Sales. You will be able to exercise your managing, networking, and sales skills, as well as develop knowledge in construction sales. Our organization continues to grow and thrive, thus creating numerous opportunities for career growth and advancement. We offer a great compensation package that includes a base pay + uncapped commissions, reimbursable business expenses, comprehensive BC/BS healthcare and paid time off! You can expect $50,000-60,000k for your 1st year of income, while your 2nd year expectations would be $70k+. Our top performers earn well into $100k+ each year.
This position will primarily be responsible for recruiting candidates, increasing sales through placement of contract and permanent salaried positions by working with current clients and marketing our brand by implementing strategies that fit client demands.
